The Victoria Real Estate Board recently released some interesting statistics on where buyers are coming from in our region. I have personally seen a marked interest in both buying and selling with the Greater Victoria region in the past few weeks and months which leads me to believe that this is the start of a small, but moderate, upward trend with the predictions of more out of town buyers coming and choosing Victoria as their new home. I don’t believe we have seen this wave coming in yet, as it’s still off in the distance, but feel this is going to have a big tidal shift on these stats going forward!
